Description

The Cobalt Guard, internally referred to as Guard Plush, is a tanky enemy that appears in Pizza Party. It has a high amount of health and an average speed, though unlike the Shotgunner that appears before it, it has no defense. It is also a Lead enemy, meaning only towers with lead detection can damage it. It is also Stun Immune, making it only get slowed down by stuns and immune to knockback.

Appearance

The Cobalt Guard is a large humanoid with a waist and lower arms in its rig. It is entirely made of plush fabric shown by the stitches that can be seen throughout its body. It wears a dark purple crusader helmet, chestplate with white horns, leggings, belt, boots knee-pads and shoulder-pads as well as black braces with dark purple spikes. A pair of small white eyes in an angry expression can be seen in the eyeholes of the helmet.

The Cobalt Guard has a death animation where it will fall to its knees before falling forward.

Strategy

• High DPS towers with lead detection, like the Accelerator, Engineer, Ranger or Pursuit are quite effective against this.
  • The Firework Technician can be used to give all your towers lead detection for a brief period of time.
  • The Commander and DJ Booth can be also used to boost the DPS of your towers.
• The Cobalt Guard is quite fast, though due to its immunities it is harder to stall.
  • Its Stun Immunity prevents it from being knocked back and makes stuns only slow it down.
  • Other forms of stalling, such as the DJ Booth's slowdown, are unaffected.
  • The Frost Blaster can freeze and deal good damage to them.

• Unlocking the Cobalt Guard's logbook will not grant you the ability to summon the Cobalt Guard from the Solar Eclipse Event.
