Molten Golem

- Molten Golem spotted!
We need more firepower for this one! - ―Commander dialogue on Wave 9 (The Takeover Event, Master)
Description
The Molten Golem is an enemy that appears on wave 16 of Molten and Molten Arena PVP modes. It can also appear in The Takeover Event. It has high health and decent defense, though is walks slower than all enemies that appeared before it. It also has the Stun Immunity, making it harder to slow down. When it first spawns, it is a Boss enemy, granting it multiple immunities.
Appereance
The Molten Golem is a tall entity which has had most of its body replaced with mechanical parts. It only has its torso and right arm as the only non-mechanical parts, though they still contain some metal parts. It has red skin. It has mechanical grey arms, head with yellow eyes and teeth, multiple pieces of scrap covering its head and a grey metal arm with an orange neon part at the end. It also has multiple bandages around its mechanical parts.
When killed, it plays an animation where its head falls off, with it collapsing shortly after.
Strategy
- Multiple towers with decent DPS, like the Cowboy, Golden Soldier, Militant or Military Base can be quite effective against this.
- The Military Base is especially useful, as its collision and splash damage can bypass its defense.
- High DPS towers like the Minigunner, Crook Boss, Turret or Hunter can also be useful.
- Due to its Stun Immunity, it cannot be knocked backed by towers and for stunning towers, they only slow it down.
- Do note that when it first spawns, it is a Boss enemy, making it immune to even more forms of stalling.
- Any form of Defense dropping can be used to drop its defense, as long as it is not a Boss enemy.
- Unlike some other molten enemies, it does not have the Burn Immunity, meaning burn defense dropping can be used here.
