Corrupted Horror
Corrupted Horror was previously removed from the game on the 5th of October 2026 as it was part of the Halloween 2026 Live Events, though it has been made available through the Sandbox mode.
It is not accessible anywhere else in the game, aside from in Sandbox Mode. This page will attempt to include information about both the version before removal and its re-added version.
Description
The Corrupted Horror was a Flying enemy that appeared in the Nil Zone and Nil Zone II as part of the Halloween 2025 Live Events and Halloween 2026 Live Events. It can currently only be accessed through Sandbox mode if the player has its Logbook. On top of being a Flying enemy, it would sometimes spawn as a Hidden enemy, meaning towers with both detections were needed to take it down.
Appearance
The Corrupted Horror is a giant, flying beast with an exposed skull. It has a tail and what appeared to be horns. Its skull is black and has purple lights in its eyeholes.
Event Strategy
As this enemy only appears through Sandbox mode, no strategy section is made for its current version. Instead, a strategy section for the one that appeared without Sandbox mode in Nil Zone II is listed instead.
- As it has quite high health, decent speed and due to it being a Flying enemy, decent towers with flying detection like the Kingpin, Golden Crook Boss, Ranger, Engineer or Juggernaut are recommended against this.
- Due to it appearing as also a Hidden enemy on later waves, it is best to bring in towers that have both flying and hidden detection.
- Due to it being a Flying enemy with the Stun Immunity, most forms of stalling are either completely useless or less effective on it, even if the stalling tower can target it.
- Stunning towers like the Electroshocker or Archer will only slow it down instead of fully stopping it.
- Towers like the Firework Technician can be used to grant towers hidden and flying detections, which is especially useful as it starts spawning as a Flying and Hidden enemy.
