Description

[edit]

The Frozen was an enemy that appeared exclusively in Outpost 32 as part of the Frost Invasion Event. It can now be spawned in Sandbox mode. Compared to the Snowy, the Frozen had slightly higher health and slightly faster speed.

Upon its death, the Frost Mystery had a chance to spawn the Frozen.

Appearance

[edit]

The Frozen has light blue skin. Its torso and legs are baby blue. The Frozen has no facial features.

Event Strategy

[edit]

As this enemy only appears through Sandbox mode, no strategy section is made for its current version. Instead, a strategy section for the one that appeared without Sandbox mode in Outpost 32 is listed instead.

  • Placing down two Pyromancers on both sides of the path near the portal is recommended, as these can severely weaken hordes of Frozens, along with any Snowies that spawn.
    • As the Pyromancer deals double fire damage (normal damage is kept the same), it can be very effective against Frozens at later upgrades.
      • Be aware that early on, two Pyromancers is not sufficient to kill all the Frozens that spawn. You can eventually upgrade the Pyromancers to Level 3 in order to clean up all the Frozens that appear.
    • Towers like Minigunner and Crook Boss can clear up any remaining Frozens that spawn.
  • Because the Frozen spawns in hordes, towers that deal damage to multiple enemies can be extremely useful in dealing with the Frozen.
  • The Electroshocker and Toxic Gunner can be very useful in stalling these enemies.
  • As the base health on Outpost 32 is 200, and the Frozen has 25 health, it is fine to let some through.
