Corrupted Wraith was previously removed from the game on the 11th of October 2025 as it was part of the Halloween 2025 Live Events, though it has been made available through the Sandbox mode.
It is not accessible anywhere else in the game, aside from in Sandbox Mode. This page will attempt to include information about both the version before removal and its re-added version.

Description

The Corrupted Wraith was a tanky enemy that appeared in Nil Zone as part of the Halloween 2025 Live Events. It can currently only be accessed through Sandbox mode if the player has its Logbook. It had higher health than the Nullings that appeared before it, but is slightly slower to make up for its health. On some waves, it could spawn with all sorts of attributes.

Appearance

The Corrupted Wraith has pitch-black skin and its head is completely faceless. It has multiple holes in its body, revealing the corruption inside it. It wears a metal chestplate and shoulder-pads with purple tints. On its right arm, it wears a grey armband with a blade attached to it, though it never uses it.

Event Strategy

As this enemy only appears through Sandbox mode, no strategy section is made for its current version. Instead, a strategy section for the one that appeared without Sandbox mode in Nil Zone is listed instead.

• While initially only spawn in as a single enemy per path, they do spawn in larger numbers as waves progress, meaning that AOE towers can excel at defeating it.
  • Explosive towers like the Rocketeer or Mortar can be used, however, do note that as the waves progress, enemies with immunity to their damage will appear making them weaker.
  • Other forms of AOE like debuff from the Toxic Gunner or Pyromancer, or towers with alternate means of damaging multiple enemies at once like the Electroshocker and Archer can be useful.
• Being the debuting enemy, it is not particularly difficult to deal with, meaning even single target towers like the Engineer, Golden Soldier or Ace Pilot can deal with them.
