Description
[edit]The Mega Ducky, internally referred to as the Mega Duck, was an enemy that appeared in Bathroom Approach as part of the Ducky Revenge Event and its rerun in the Spring Frenzy Battle Pass. It has a high amount of health but it walks quite slowly.
The Mega Ducky has one ability, Ducky Reinforcements, which happens upon death. There, it summons five Elite Duckies on the path.
The Mega Ducky can be summoned by the Nerd Ducky with both of its summon abilities, Ducky Stampede and Ducky Decoy. While both summon only one Mega Ducky, Ducky Stampede also gives it 100% Defense while the Ducky Decoy ability sets its health to 10,000. The latter may seem like it would have no effect, considering that the Mega Ducky already has 10,000 health in the Hard difficulty, however, due to health scaling in trio and quad matches, it means there is a minor effect in these player counts, but not in solos or duos.
Logbook Description
[edit]"Mega Ducky is the top of his class and the General Duck that leads the others into battle. He is stylish, authoritative, and commanding. His presence demands respect from every duck in the force, and his strategic brilliance has led to countless crumb-filled victories. When Mega Ducky speaks, even the most seasoned soldiers know to listen."
Appearance
[edit]The Mega Ducky is a large, yellow duck with black eyes, orange flippers and beak. It is a general in the Ducky Army, and therefore wears a general outfit that consists of a black suit, tie, black hat with a golden Paradoxum logo with wings and a white shirt. It also wears golden shades with black lens.
Event Strategy
[edit]As this enemy only appears through Sandbox mode, no strategy section is made for its current version. Instead, a strategy section for the one that appeared without Sandbox mode in Bathroom Approach is listed instead.
- High DPS towers like the Ranger, Pursuit, Turret, Accelerator or Golden Minigunner are recommended against this.
- As the Mega Ducky summons multiple Elite Duckies on death, area of effect towers like the Mortar, Electroshocker or Rocketeer can be used to help deal with them, though due to the Elite Ducky's low health this generally should not be necessary.
