Description

The Clown was an enemy that appeared exclusively in Nightmare Carnival as part of the Halloween 2019 Event and was the fastest enemy in the event. It was very dangerous due to its very high health and fast speed.

The Clown could be spawned by Jack O' Bot.

Appearance

The Clown wore a stereotypical carnival clown outfit. It had a yellow torso, red legs, white sleeves and green skin. Its torso had three red buttons. It had a clown face, wore a red wig, had a red nose, and wore a blue and white neck ruff.

Strategy

• The Pyromancer and Freezer are strongly recommended to slow the Clowns down.
• The Clown always spawn in groups, so splash damage towers like the Rocketeer will fare well against these enemies.
  • Keep in mind that the slow firerate means that some Clowns may get out of range. In that case, other towers will be needed.
• The Minigunner, Outlaw and Turret are fairly useful against Clowns due to their high DPS.

Trivia

• In real life, clowns were first pitched as entertainers in carnivals, but later gained a reputation of being scary due to their appearance.
