Description

Jack Frost, internally referred to as the Trickster Elf, is a support enemy that appears in the Frost mode. It has average speed and high health. It has one ability where it will throw its block of ice at an enemy. This will apply Aggro to any enemy hit in its explosion radius of 5. This will not affect any Jack Frosts or Boss enemies. The Jack Frost will also not target Frost Ravagers, Frost Hunters or Mega Frost Mysteries, though they can still get it if hit indirectly.

The Jack Frost is a Hidden enemy for majority of the time, though while it is using its ability, it will lose that attribute allowing other towers to attack it.

Appearance

Jack Frost has cyan blue skin and holds a transparent and cloudy ice block. It wears a grey and white mask over its eyes. On its head, it has white hair and cyan pointy ears. The cuffs of its coat are baby blue, and its wrists are covered by leathery brown guards. Its coat is primarily purple. On its shoulders, it wears protective guards as well. It wears a belt around its waist, with a crescent moon shaped buckle. Its leggings match the color of its coat. It has tall brown boots with metallic grey knee-pads.

Strategy

• While Jack Frost itself is quite weak, its main threat comes from its ability.
  • It can apply Aggro to enemies, which will make towers target an enemy with it instead of the enemy they should with their targeting.
• High DPS towers like the Accelerator, Turret, Ranger or Pursuit can be effective against it.
  • You can also use the Saboteur's Aggressive Toxins ability to make all towers target them, quickly killing them before they buff any enemy.
  • Although some of these towers do not have hidden detection, they can still be used as while using its ability it will not be a Hidden enemy. They will however still be less effective compared to towers with hidden detection.
