Megatron Toilet was previously removed on the 8th of April 2026, though it has been made available through the Sandbox mode later.
It is not accessible anywhere else in the game. This page will attempt to include information about both the version before removal and its re-added version.

Description
[edit]The Megatron Toilet was a high health enemy that appeared in Headache Headquarters, replacing the Slow Boss. Currently, it only appears when the Brain Rot modifier is activated in Sandbox mode, replacing every modern Slow Boss variant, or with its Logbook. It aws the second Boss that the player encounters and has very high health topped off with defense which can melted away by specific towers. Unlike its regular counterpart it is slightly faster and much tougher. Additionally, when it first spawns it was a Boss, making it harder to stall, prevent it from having its defense reduced and cause it to no longer receive damage from the Nuke's fallout damage.
Appearance
[edit]The Megatron Toilet has pale skin and black hair. It wears a red aloha shirt, blue pants and brown shoes. Its torso is replaced by a giant toilet, out of which its head comes out. The toilet is grey and dirty. It has six fans on its back.
Headache Headquarters Strategy
[edit]As this enemy only appears through Sandbox mode, no strategy section is made for its current version. Instead, a strategy section for the one that appeared without Sandbox mode in Headache Headquarters is listed instead.
- High DPS towers, like the Minigunner, Crook Boss, Pursuit or Engineer are recommended against this.
- Defense dropping towers, like the Cryomancer, Electroshocker, Freezer or Pyromancer can be useful at dropping its defense.
- Defense dropping towers that can also slow down enemies, like the Electroshocker, Cryomancer and Freezer can also be very useful at slowing it down.
