Description

The Gingerbread appears on wave 5 of Village of Despair as part of the Christmas 2019 Event. It has slightly more health than the Snowman but it is faster than it. Upon death, the dynamite on its back explodes, stunning nearby towers.

The Gingerbread is completely brown, to resemble a gingerbread. It has three white icing buttons as well as a smile. It has red glowing eyes and three red dynamite sticks attached to its back.

Strategy

• The Pyromancer can burn the Gingerbread to help slow it down.
  • This can also be slowed down by the Freezer and Frost Blaster.
• Try to kill this zombie away from towers so the towers don't become stunned.
  • Long range towers help in killing this zombie. For example, the Outlaw is an excellent choice.
• Later on during the game, the Medic's ability can be used to cleanse towers of stun.
• Try to space out your towers so that not all of them are stunned when the Gingerbread dies.

Trivia

• This may be based on the Gingerbread Minion from R2DA.
• This is the first zombie that appears in Village of Despair that can be affected by the Freezer and Frost Blaster as the Freeze and Snowman cannot be frozen.
