Description

The Gingerbread exclusively appeared in Village of Despair as part of the Christmas 2019 Event. It had slightly more health than the Snowman and moved faster than it. Upon the Gingerbread's death, the dynamite on its back exploded, stunning nearby towers.

The Gingerbread could be spawned by Krampus.

Appearance

The Gingerbread was completely toasted brown, to resemble a gingerbread man. It had a circular head with red glowing eyes and three red dynamite sticks attached to its back. It had three white icing buttons lined vertically on the middle of its torso, as well as an iced smile.

Strategy

• The Pyromancer can burn the Gingerbread, which slows it down.
  • This can also be slowed down by the Freezer and Frost Blaster.
• Try to kill this enemy away from towers to avoid them being stunned.
  • Long-ranged towers like the Outlaw are very effective at this, as their long range allows them to kill the Gingerbread from afar.
  • Additionally, try to space out your towers so that not all of them are stunned once the Gingerbread is defeated.
• Later on during the game, the Medic's ability can be used to cleanse towers that are stunned.

Trivia

• This enemy may be based on the Gingerbread Minion from R2DA.
• This was the first enemy that appeared in Village of Despair that could be affected by the Freezer and Frost Blaster as the Frozen and Snowman could not be frozen.
• The head that the Gingerbread used is the Gingerbread Man Head accessory from the Roblox catalog, except the eyes are retextured to be glowing red.
