Description
The Solar Shard is an enemy that appears in the third night of the Solar Eclipse Event. It does not appear naturally and is instead spawned by Penumbras. It has a low amount of health and above average speed. When killed only in Totality Tower, instead of dying normally, the Solar Shard spawns a Lunar Shard, which from there spawns a Lunar Dust.
Appearance
The Solar Shard has dark purple skin. It has a cracked torso, revealing a light orange substance within it. It has glowing orange shoulder-pads and a floating sun symbol behind its head.
Strategy
- Towers with high DPS are recommended to dispatch of the Solar Shard swiftly, such as the Accelerator, Turret, Minigunner or Ranger.
- You can use the Commander to boost firerate of these towers.
