Description

The Frost Hero was an enemy that appeared in Outpost 32 as part of the Frost Invasion Event. The Frost Hero also appeared in the legacy Hidden Wave, and therefore Fallen mode. It had a high amount of health but walked quite slowly. It had two main attacks which were used to stun or freeze towers, meaning that they could not attack for a period of time.

Appearance

The Frost Hero had black reflective skin and blue neon eyes. It wore a dark blue galea helmet, black gloves, black metal-plated wristbands with a neon blue crystal embedded in it and was covered with full body armor. This armor had a neon blue crystal on its chestplate and neon blue spikes sticking out of the shoulder-pads. Included in this armor were black metal-plated leggings, and dark blue knee-pads and boots. The Frost Hero also had dark blue wings. It wielded an ice sword in its right hand which it carried above its shoulder.

Strategy

• High DPS towers, such as the Minigunner, Ranger, Accelerator or Turret, are recommended against the Frost Hero due to its high health.
  • Due to its attack relying on towers being close to the path, the Ranger and Turret, combined with the DJ Booth are especially recommended for their long range.
  • You should use the Commander's Call to Arms ability to boost the firerate of these towers.
• As this enemy has quite a lot of health, you may want to use the Toxic Gunner to slow this down, allowing your towers more time to deal more damage to it.
  • Doing so is essential in the Hidden Wave.
  • Other towers that slow down enemies, like the Electroshocker, Sledger or Freezer, cannot slow this down for an extensive period of time, due to its large size.
• Cheap towers, such as the Scout, can easily distract this enemy, keeping your main towers attacking.
  • This is not recommended in the Hidden Wave, as all tower slots should be used for high DPS or support towers.
• In Outpost 32, as with all enemies in the Frost Invasion Event, the Pyromancer deals double fire damage to the Frost Hero (though normal damage is not doubled).
  • This does not occur in the Hidden Wave.
  • Do keep in mind that the Pyromancer will speed up this enemy by 15%.

Trivia

• The Frost Hero looks similar to the Titan from Tower Battles.
• The Frost Hero is tied with the Nuclear Guardian for having the highest health in the game for an enemy that is not a major boss, even having higher health than some major bosses, like the Mechanical Rot or Molten Boss.
• The Frost Hero's helmet is the Ice-Nine Drone Helm accessory from the Roblox catalog.
• The Frost Hero's sword is the Frostburn Sword accessory from the Roblox catalog.
• The Frost Hero's wings are the Dark Shoulder Wing Set accessory from the Roblox catalog.
• The Frost Hero only appeared twice in Outpost 32, once in wave 19, and again in wave 20.
