Description

The Hallow Bones was an enemy that appeared exclusively in Trick or Threat Town as part of the Halloween 2020 Event. It moved at the same speed as the Bones, being about the same speed as the Witch. It had about average health, for its debut.

The Hallow Bones could be spawned by the Reaper and Lord Sinister.

Appearance

The Hallow Bones was structured similar to the Bones. It was entirely made out of marble dark grey parts to represent a skeleton. It did not have a full torso, but instead had the bone cage for it. Its head was slightly smaller than usual and had two large yellow eyes. It had a slightly different walking animation.

Strategy

  • Use Rangers to quickly kill the Hallow Bones and do damage to the Reaper or Lord Sinister that can spawn the Hallow Bones.
  • Since Hallow Bones usually spawn in hordes, explosive towers, such as the Rocketeer and Mortar, are useful when attempting to defeat this.
    • However, note that the movement speed of the Hallow Bones might outrun the projectiles.
  • Fast-firing towers, such as the Minigunner and the Turret, are able to deal significant amounts of damage to the Hallow Bones.

Trivia

  • The Hallow Bones had a death animation where it would fall into a pile of bones and its head would roll a short distance.
    • This was also the same animation used for the Bones.
