Description
The Shock, originally named the Lightning, is a very fast enemy that only appears in Molten. It is noticeably faster than most enemies in the game. They have the same amount of health as the Molten, meaning that they are a dangerous threat.
The Shock can be spawned by the Mystery upon its death in Molten mode, wave 27 onwards.

Strategy
- Using towers that can slow down the Shock, such as the Electroshocker, Sledger and Warden, are highly recommended.
- Be wary that due to its fast speed, Sledgers may occasionally miss their swings.
- Because of its high damage, a few Level 4-5 Electroshockers can be used to easily kill multiple Shocks.
- Because of the Shock's high speed, towers with high firerate and low range, such as the Shotgunner, will perform poorly against this enemy.
- However, the Ranger can kill these enemies with one shot if it is at a high enough level, it also has a much higher range, keeping them in its range for much longer.
- Towers that can damage multiple enemies at once, such as the Executioner or Mortar, can be useful against Shocks, as they mostly spawn in groups.
- The Military Base's Tanks and Railgun Tanks can absorb damage from damaged Shocks pretty easily while also being able to damage them.
- High DPS towers, like the Minigunner, Pursuit, or Accelerator can easily take out hordes of Shocks.
