Ability
AbilityCooldown: 10	Tower Swap - Targets two random towers, stunning them for 6 seconds while also bypassing all forms of stun immunity. Once the stun ends, the two towers have their positions swapped.

Description

The Null Accelerator, internally referred to as the Corrupted Accelerator, was one of the Boss enemies that appears in Blind Faith as part of the Null & Void Event. It also made a minor appearance in the Halloween 2026 Live Events when spawned by the Corrupted Titus. It had a high amount of health and an average speed.

The Null Accelerator has one ability where it targets two towers, stunning them for 6 seconds. After this stun ends, these two towers have their positions swapped. This attack bypasses all forms of protecting towers from stuns, including the tower being a cliff tower, the tower having Stun Immunity and the tower being shielded by the Medic.

Logbook Description

"Accelerator watched the creature raise a version of his own particle accelerator, the device hummed loudly. In a flash of purple light, it fired — and suddenly Accelerator found himself standing where Engineer had been. Accelerator's mind couldn't understand. How did the Nil Zone copy something this complex, then change it?"

Appearance

The Null Accelerator is a corrupted recreation of the Level 5 Accelerator. It wears grey body armor which covers most of its body. On its head, it wears a grey and purple hood and a white mask, which has a hole on it. On its back, it has two grey and purple energy canisters. It has purple goo all around its body and a few spikes coming out of its skin. It fires plasma beams using its corrupted right arm.

Event Strategy

As this enemy only appears through Sandbox mode, no strategy section is made for its current version. Instead, a strategy section for the one that appeared without Sandbox mode in Nil Zone II is listed instead.

• High DPS towers like the Accelerator, Kingpin or Juggernaut are decent options against the Null Accelerator.
  • Towers with high range or with range that allows them to be effective when placed anywhere are best options against the Null Accelerator. Such towers include the Ranger or Pursuit.
• It is possible to sell and replace all swapped towers so that they are back in their original positions, though due to the Null Accelerator appearing multiple times, this is not particularly worthwhile, with the exception of towers reliant on being in a good spot like support towers.
• It is impossible to protect towers from the Null Accelerator's stun, as it bypasses all forms of protecting it from them. This includes cliff towers, Stun Immunity towers and towers shielded by the Medic.
