Elite Mystery
Description
The Elite Mystery is a summoner enemy that appears in both Hardcore and Voidcore modes. It has decent health and slightly fast speed. As it is an upgraded version of the Mystery, it will spawn a random enemy on death. This has a 31.58% chance to be the Voidling, 21.05% chance to be the Void Floater, 31.58% chance to be the Void Reaper and 15.79% chance to be the Elite Phantom.
Appearance
The Elite Mystery is an entity entirely made out of stone. It has a glowing purple question mark on its torso and multiple bandages around its head and arms.
Strategy
- The Elite Mystery is one of the most dangerous enemies in the gamemodes it appears in. Bringing dedicated counters against it is recommended.
- AOE towers like the Rocketeer, Mortar and Tesla are extremely useful against the Elite Mystery, as it often appears in groups. However, they may not fare as well against the enemies it spawns.
- As two of the enemies summoned in by the Elite Mystery have either Hidden or Flying, towers with hidden and flying detection are required.
- As with many other Hardcore mode enemies, the Elite Mystery has Stun Immunity, meaning towers that stun, such as the Electroshocker and Warden will be significantly less effective at dealing with it.
